To place an order you need only the Internet access. Follow these steps:
Krok 1 – translation quote:
You are welcome to send us the text for translation. You can upload the file using a translation quote form available here: /a-free-translation-quote or send it as an e-maill attachment on bok@supertlumacz.pl
Krok 2 – an answer:
We will send you an answer within about 60 minutes (during working days from 8 to 18) containing:
- the cost of translation
- the possible deadline.
If you are a private person, we will send you the payment details.
If you are the company or institution representative, you will receive an order form, which you are obliged to subscribe, seal and fax (032 797 16 87) or email us: bok@supertlumacz.pl
Krok 3 – translation:
After receiving your order, we immediately begin to translate, about what you will be informed in the next several minutes. The completed translation will be sent to you by e-mail or a printout – as requested!
Payments: physical persons pay in advance, while companies within 7-14 days. We issue VAT invoices.
Krok 4 – payments:
You can pay for translation services via the Internet.
The possible ways of payment:
1. Payment cards (Visa, MasterCard/EuroCard, JCB, Diners Club, American Express, Visa Electron).
2. Online money transfers from your bank account. . We present bank opening hours. At that time online money transfers are possible.
3. Postal orders.
4. Moje Rachunki, Pay at Żabka, Ukash.
5. Mobile payments, Pay Per Call Service, Premium SMS/MMS Services.
